SOME GENERAL REGULATIONS WHEN USING SERVICES AT WEBSITE TUANNGUYEN.XYZ

1. Regulations on information exchange

Users are responsible and commit to absolutely protecting each other’s information while using tuannguyen.xyz. If necessary, an information security contract will be signed. Both parties are responsible for strengthening protection against unauthorized intrusions from outside during the system development process. The two parties may not use the documents they exchange to communicate with any third party without the consent of the party providing the documents.

If one party discloses or uses the other party’s information (intentionally or unintentionally) causing damage to the other party, it must compensate the other party according to the provisions of law.

Do not use the Website for any purpose/form that violates Vietnamese law, especially on software copyright issues. At the same time, you are responsible for controlling and preventing others from doing that on your Website.

3. Exchange/return and refund policy

We do not accept customers’ requests for service refunds once the service has been accepted and handed over.

Other general regulations:

– Users may not send, create links or transmit to:

+ Any type of data that is illegal, threatening, deceitful, hateful, distorted, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive… or otherwise prohibited in any form any.

+ Any type of data that constitutes or encourages any form of crime; or data that infringes any patent, trademark, design right, copyright or any other intellectual property rights or rights of any person.

+ Users do not use programs that can clog or slow down the system, such as depleting system resources or overloading the processor and memory.

+ We have the right to remove accounts that we deem inappropriate on your site without prior notice: We do not accept software whose copyright you cannot prove belongs to you.

+ Users securely keep identification information, passwords or other confidential information related to your account and immediately notify us when you detect any form of unauthorized access using your account or security breaches, including loss, theft or disclosure of passwords and other security information.

+ Users comply with the procedures we set out and will not use the server for purposes that may affect our other customers.

+ We back up data weekly, however this backup is only for our management purposes. If the customer requests it, we will send backup copies but we are not responsible for any problems that occur with this data.

+ We will suspend the service without prior notice due to violation of the terms of the contract. In case the customer commits to us not to violate the usage regulations again, they will have to send a Commitment Letter (hard copy).
